Catering Policy Agreement

We are committed to providing exceptional catering service. To ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness, we ask all clients to carefully review and acknowledge the following catering policies:

Order Placement Timeline

  • All catering orders must be placed with a minimum of 72 business hours’ notice (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders requested with less than 72 hours' notice may not be accepted and are subject to availability and approval .

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • 72+ hours before event: No cancellation fee.
  • 72–24 business hours before event: 50% charge of the total order.
  • Less than 24 business hours before event, or orders that are not picked up, will be charged in full (100%).

Order Fulfillment & Capacity

  • Due to fluctuating business volume, we reserve the right to:
    • Reject catering orders
    • Block out specific dates from receiving new catering requests
  • Acceptance of an order is not guaranteed until confirmed by our catering team.
  • We encourage early booking for high-volume or peak-season events.

Client Responsibility

  • Clients are responsible for reviewing the final order confirmation for accuracy, including:
    • Event date and time
    • Menu selection
    • Guest Count
    • Location and delivery instructions
  • Dietary restrictions or food allergies must be communicated clearly at the time of ordering.
  • While we do our best to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee allergen-free environments.

Client Acknowledgment

By placing a catering order, the client acknowledges and agrees to the policies outlined above. These guidelines are intended to help us deliver consistent quality, ensure fairness, and maintain operational efficiency for all of our clients.
